Brass FIP x Galvanized FIP * 250 PSI
Dielectric Unions use a combination of brass FIP x Galvanized FIP at 250 PSI. To prevent the corrosion caused by this current flow, the dielectric union uses an insulating insert between the two metals to prevent electrolysis from occurring.
